UBXN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,023 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, ORC3, and PRKRA. Each is linked with UBXN4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN4-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN4 versus SSB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
