Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBXN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PECR, GCNT2, and BAZ2B. Each is linked with UBXN4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN4-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN4 versus PECR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
