Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Golgi vesicle transport, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with UBXN4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN4-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN4 results are reported.
