Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,598 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBXN2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOA2, VCPIP1, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with UBXN2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN2B-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
