UBXN2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,819 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Regulation of mitotic centrosome separation, and 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with UBXN2B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN2B-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
