Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBTFL7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBTFL7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher UBTFL7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBTFL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, SKCM, and THCA are the cancer types where UBTFL7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
