Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBTFL5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBTFL5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher UBTFL5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBTFL5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, BLCA, and PCPG are the cancer types where UBTFL5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
