UBTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with UBTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by UBTD1-low versus UBTD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
