Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,204 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Positive regulation of plasma membrane repair, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with UBTD1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD1 results are reported.
