UBR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,949 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, MTHFD1, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with UBR7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR7-to-partner and partner-to-UBR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBR7 versus MTA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
