UBR7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,257 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, ZC3H14, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with UBR7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR7-to-partner and partner-to-UBR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBR7 versus MTHFD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
