Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,917 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C17orf98, RNA5SP412, and MIR4473. Each is linked with UBR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR7-to-partner and partner-to-UBR7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C17orf98 grouped by UBR7-low versus UBR7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
