Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBR5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBR5 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher UBR5 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBR5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and GBM show a favorable association.

OV, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where UBR5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
