Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, DONSON, and PTMAP4. Each is linked with UBR5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR5-to-partner and partner-to-UBR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by UBR5-low versus UBR5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
