The most reproducible UBR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Cyclin-E2, and ASNS. Each is linked with UBR5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR5-to-partner and partner-to-UBR5 results are reported.
