UBR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBR5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECW2, KCNMA1, and SLC38A10. Each is linked with UBR5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR5-to-partner and partner-to-UBR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HECW2 grouped by UBR5-low versus UBR5-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
