Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DONSON, GMPS, and CDC7. Each is linked with UBR4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR4-to-partner and partner-to-UBR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DONSON grouped by UBR4-low versus UBR4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
