Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, PRDX1, and TFRC. Each is linked with UBR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR4-to-partner and partner-to-UBR4 results are reported.
