Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,167 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion, Response to methionine, and Cellular response to methionine. Each is linked with UBR4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR4-to-partner and partner-to-UBR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion grouped by UBR4-low versus UBR4-high in URINARY_TRACT.
