Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,960 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, ATP1A3, and RLF. Each is linked with UBR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR4-to-partner and partner-to-UBR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by UBR4-low versus UBR4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
