The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher UBQLNL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBQLNL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
ESCA, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where UBQLNL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
