Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBQLNL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBQLNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, MEK1, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with UBQLNL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBQLNL-to-partner and partner-to-UBQLNL results are reported.
