Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBQLN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,839 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBQLN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA4, PRUNE1, and FLI1. Each is linked with UBQLN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBQLN4-to-partner and partner-to-UBQLN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBQLN4 versus ITGA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBQLN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBQLN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
