UBQLN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBQLN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,812 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBQLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL8A, HCCS, and SMC1A. Each is linked with UBQLN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBQLN2-to-partner and partner-to-UBQLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBQLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBQLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
