UBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,313 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMG1, APPL1, and ATXN7. Each is linked with UBP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBP1 versus SMG1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
