UBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,231 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNOT10, SMIM4, and DYNC1LI1. Each is linked with UBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBP1 versus CNOT10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
