UBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITX3, PRMT8, and OR56A1. Each is linked with UBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PITX3 grouped by UBP1-low versus UBP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
