UBN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMTA2, ZNF330, and DPH2. Each is linked with UBN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN2-to-partner and partner-to-UBN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAMTA2 grouped by UBN2-low versus UBN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
