Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,786 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with UBN2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN2-to-partner and partner-to-UBN2 results are reported.
