Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,828 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM108, SH2B2, and KDM3B. Each is linked with UBN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN2-to-partner and partner-to-UBN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBN2 versus TMEM108 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
