Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,152 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-lysine catabolic process, Cellular response to thyroid hormone stimulus, and Mismatch repair. Each is linked with UBN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN2-to-partner and partner-to-UBN2 results are reported.
