UBN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,924 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, RBM39, and RCC2. Each is linked with UBN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBN1 versus USP7 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
