Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,997 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100B, SETP10, and RPL35P6. Each is linked with UBN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBN1 results are reported.
