Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with UBN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBN1 results are reported.
