Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,552 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Establishment of RNA localization, and RNA localization. Each is linked with UBN1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBN1 results are reported.
