The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher UBL7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP are the cancer types where UBL7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
