UBL7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EDC3, DUT, and HSPA5. Each is linked with UBL7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL7-to-partner and partner-to-UBL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL7 versus EDC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
