UBL7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHB, UBE4B, and MRTO4. Each is linked with UBL7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL7-to-partner and partner-to-UBL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL7 versus SDHB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
