Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBIAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,834 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBIAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, DFFA, and NCF4. Each is linked with UBIAD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBIAD1 results are reported.
