Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L2, PARK7, and SRM. Each is linked with UBE4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE4B-to-partner and partner-to-UBE4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE4B versus MAD2L2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
