The most reproducible UBE4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1_pS65, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with UBE4B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE4B-to-partner and partner-to-UBE4B results are reported.
