Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,321 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL5, AASDHPPT, and RNF214. Each is linked with UBE4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE4A versus CUL5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
