The most reproducible UBE4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1C, RNU4-9P, and RNU6-24P. Each is linked with UBE4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE4A results are reported.
