Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,795 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, and Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling. Each is linked with UBE4A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE4A results are reported.
