Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE3D mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE3D data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UBE3D mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD and PDAC are the cancer types where UBE3D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
