Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE3C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE3C data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher UBE3C mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where UBE3C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
