Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESYT2, LMBR1, and GALNT11. Each is linked with UBE3C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3C results are reported.
