Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,649 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE3C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESYT2, TNPO3, and CUL1. Each is linked with UBE3C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE3C versus ESYT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
