UBE3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, FEN1, and RTCB. Each is linked with UBE3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by UBE3C-low versus UBE3C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
