UBE3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,511 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXIP1, NCAPG2, and MTPN. Each is linked with UBE3C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE3C versus PAXIP1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
